LITTLE BEARFEDERATION

Est. 2019 · Lyon Chapter

About the Federation

A mutual-aid registry for stuffed bears who take comfort seriously and travel often.

The Charter

  1. I

    Right to a Permanent Address

Every registered bear is guaranteed a named shelf, drawer, or pillow fort recognized across all chapters.

  2. II

    Comfort as Foreign Policy

Bears posted abroad negotiate exclusively in the currency of hugs, bedtime stories, and shared blankets.

  3. III

    Cross-Continental Cuddle Treaty

Any two chapters may open a standing exchange of care packages, postcards, and spare buttons.

  4. IV

    Mandatory Rest Periods

No ambassador may be scheduled during official nap hours, 13:00-15:00 local time.

“It started with three off-duty bears left on a windowsill in Lyon, comparing notes on the families they'd been assigned to. By the second afternoon they'd drafted a charter. We haven't stopped registering members since.”
